The first and MOST important thing I feel everyone must know about me is my name, Simon Tse. Now you must be wondering why, my name is Carbonated Cheesecake, well thats mainly because I love to bake/cook, and cheesecake is one of my specialties. I am currently a Junior at Baruch, majoring in Marketing but I really wanted to attend a Culinary School like CIA, but didn't have the funding for it so now I cook and bake as a hobby. I like to do many other things as well, most of them being related to the Arts, such as photography, drawing, and filming. So i guess it wouldn't be a surprise now if I said my planned minor is photography, and I'm taking some courses on it at Baruch, so for those of you who didn't know we had some art related classes at Baruch, feel free to take some next semester! As that would really help keep the art department
in this school alive in this kind of economic turmoil. I also love doing cardio such as running, rollerblading and tennis. I would include biking here too but, sadly I can't turn on a bike, but I can go straight. Hopefully this brief introduction was enough to grab your attention, and thus accomplishing my goal, if not here are some pictures to get your attention. ReplyDeleteJust wanted to tell you that I am also very interested in baking and cooking too. I went to the French Culinary Institute and studied pastry for a few years, and I even worked for a short time in a restaurant as a pastry chef.
I love cheesecake too. Maybe we can exchange a good recipe sometime?
